Published by sonkey mpankers on Saturday, August 05, 2006 at 4:05 AMright. so, the other day while i was on my way to school using that same, mundane route i take everyday.. i saw this motorcyclist with stacks and stacks of what seemed to be important documents and papers (it was strapped to his bike) just speeding along, skillfully dodging cars left, right, in, out.. i guessed the fella was in a hurry or something.. maybe he was late? ..i don't think he should have rushed though cos as he was about to turn off the highway, the strap holding the files and stacks of papers broke.. so there went everything. and to make matters worse, it was a very windy morning that day so all his papers were blown all over.. poor fella. he was all frantic and jumping around trying to salvage whatever he could get his hands on. looked a bit P.O-ed too. kinda reminded me of the looney tunes guy 'elmer' and how he'd get all frustrated when he can't get that damn wabbit.
lucky for him, there are still nice people around who'd actually stop and help. guess they felt pretty bad for him too. YAY ! for the good samaritans of the world.. ! (and no, i wasn't one of them that day. so boo, im still nice. :) )
for some reason, i actually thought that that was a very kodak moment.. ha ha. i mean, imagine papers swirling about in the sky (which was also abnormally blue that day) and the road completely paved in white sheets. to add to that, my burnt mix CD was playing imogen heap's - speeding cars. eheh. her songs can really tug at your heartstrings sometimes. maybe i was feeling pretty optimistic that day.. ? usually i'd not notice things like this or even give it any thought. oh, the emo-ness in me grows like a tumor.
btw.. what's with the sudden free verse-ing anyway N?
6 more days of exams to go. oh man. kill me bloody, kill me.
